You could try the homebrew exploit to (Free Mc Boot – Also known as soft modding for ps2), if your ps2 system isn’t hard modded with a chip or if Swap Magic isn’t working as a last resort. There are ps2 emulators but its not 100% & the quality isn’t as good as playing your game on your ps2 console.

If your using swap magic and don’t have a flip top, you’ll need to first
remove the front cover of the disc tray for use of the slide card.

Game Description:

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within is the direct sequel to Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The game comes with a new, darker look for the Prince and his surroundings. The fights are more brutal and take a larger part in the game, as the Prince now has enhanced fighting moves including new attack moves via walls and poles.

Even though the fights make up a large part of the game, the puzzle sections are still present and more complicated than before. A new move in the puzzle sections of the game is the curtain slide, which allows you to slide down to the ground slowly. There are still plenty of options for time manipulation and the storyline also lets you travel back and forth in time, visiting the same locations in an alternate time period.

His journey leads to the infernal core of a cursed island stronghold harboring mankind’s greatest fears. Only through grim resolve, bitter defiance and the mastery of deadly new combat arts can the Prince rise to a new level of warriorship – and emerge from this ultimate trial with his life.
